Billing
Payment terms
A summary only. Your signed statement of work always takes precedence.
- Invoicing
- Fixed-fee work: 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery. Milestone projects: per milestone. Retainers: monthly in advance.
- Currency and taxes
- Quotes in INR or USD. Prices exclude GST and other applicable taxes.
- Payment methods
- Bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, or SWIFT), due within 15 days of invoice.
FAQ
Pricing questions
What happens if the pilot misses its target?
You still get the dataset, the evaluation harness, and a written analysis of why the target wasn't met and what it would take to reach it. You're not committed to the next phase.
Who owns the training code and data pipelines?
Everything built specifically for your project is yours. We keep only our general-purpose internal tooling, and you receive a perpetual licence to use it within the delivered pipeline.
Why don't you publish fixed prices?
Cost depends on your data, the method, and where the model runs, and those vary more than a price list can capture. A quote usually arrives within two business days of a scoping call.
What does a quote include?
Scope, deliverables, timeline, team, the total price with its payment schedule, and any assumptions the price depends on, all in a statement of work you can review before signing.
Will you sign an NDA before we share anything?
Always. We sign an NDA before the first technical call, and a data-processing agreement before any data is shared.
