We don't have open listings right now, but we always want to hear from strong ML and data engineers.
What the work looks like
- Owning a client model end to end, from the first dataset to the production endpoint.
- Small teams, direct client contact, and no hand-offs between “research” and “delivery”.
- Open-weight models, real GPUs, and results that are measured.
Who we look for
- ML engineers who have fine-tuned or trained transformer models.
- Data engineers who care about annotation quality and lineage.
- MLOps engineers comfortable with Kubernetes, vLLM, and observability tooling.
